She lives in a fairy tale
Somewhere too far for us to find,

Somewhere too far for us to find,
The black she-wolf was new to this strange place. She had never seen such a beautiful place as this. She was bombarded by the sight of many different colours. She was used to living in the mountains, seeing cliff after cliff, rock after rock. All she had seen were the colours of the mountains of Transylvania. This forest was full of wonders, and mysteries just waiting to be solved. The black she-wolf padded through the forest, not wanting to dash by all the wonderful details and tranquility in a rush to find somewhere to call home. This could be her home, perhaps. She would have no problem staying here. Unless of course there were no rabbits. She loved rabbits. Her white paws made little sounded as they were placed one in front of the other. The she-wolf gazed around, admiring the serene view. This was a very nice place.
Vedemera had not been in Dachau for long. She was three years old, spending one of those years here. Well, not exactly in Dachau, more on the outskirts of the country. She had run into few of its inhabitants, thus not knowing much about it. Any of the Dachauians she had run into had threatened to kill her if she didn't leave, unless she joined one of the packs. Pack life had never really appealed to her. Vedemera didn't like the thought of sharing. Had she not done enough of that with her siblings when she was younger? The thought of siblings led to thoughts about her brother Ty and sister Arube. Arube, the sister she hadn't bothered with when she was younger, was now her best friend. Ty she hadn't seen for a long time, though. Just now, Vedemera began to miss her family. She sighed, and stopped for a few seconds, thinking about those she left behind. She began to walk again when she made the conclusion that she would have to leave her family at some point anyway.
After a few more minutes of walking, Vedemera came to a place she thought would be comfortable. It had the stale smell of fox, but the fox was obviously gone. She crawled into a hole underneath and overhanging rock, her belly rubbing against the ground. When She actually came into the small den, she found it to be very cozy, and she had felt sleepy as soon as she got comfortable. She yawned and rested her head on the rounded wall of the den, but did not fall asleep for some time. As she waited for sleep to overcome her, her eyes got used to the dim light, and she looked around, her amber eyes darting here and there. She spied a few bones lying in the corner, and she curled her lip. The previous occupant of the cozy den obviously had no respect for his food, never thanking nature properly for giving him a meal. Vedemera licked her lips when she noticed that the skeleton was that of a rabbit. So there rabbits here after all. She grinned, and fell into a reassured sleep. Perhaps living on her own wouldn't be so bad.
Forgotten the taste and smell
Of the world that she's left behind.
Of the world that she's left behind.
