WEIGHT: 80 lbs
BUILD: Light
Vedemera has a lighter build than your average timber wolf. She still has a fair concentration of muscle, however, and is not a complete weakling. She has long, powerful legs and a slender figure, making her a swift runner. Her tail is of average length and fluffiness, the tip dipped in white. Her broad paws are also white, with dark brown pads and long claws. Her entire body, save her tail tip and paws, is black as night, glowing a vibrant azure blue in strong moonlight. She also has gray dots above her eyes, and small gray triangles under both eyes. Vedemera has a round head and tapering muzzle. Her eyes are a piercing amber, and always appear distant and unfocused, and even have a bit of a sad look to them. Her coat is thick, warm and healthy, as she takes good care of it. The only flaw on her black pelt is a scar across her withers, and another dorsal scar across her back. Since she is smaller, she does not tend to intimidate anyone, and does not have an arrogant or cocky air about her. Her scars do tell that she is a more weathered individual, and warms others that she can fight. She is not very approachable, and does her best to keep others away.[/ul]

PERSONALITY:[/blockquote][/font]Vedemera is straight-forward, honest, and freedom-loving, and can’t stand being told what to do and how to do it. If you insult her, she takes it very personally and hold a grudge until you make up for it, or just apologize. She is verbally abusive when she is confused or angry, and harsh when desperate. Vedemera also has a hard time trying to determine her purpose, and often tries to find herself, as she is unsure of who she really is. She is usually nice, as long as you say the right thing. She would often fall for a male that hides his true desire under tough exterior. She can be distant at first, but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up to a friend or anything of the like. She is opinionated and determined, loyal and intelligent, and likes to argue. She also tends to have hissy fits if, god forbid, she doesn’t get her way. She can be very immature, yet all grown up sometimes as well. How Vedemera acts is usually based on the situation. If there is a fight or war going on, she will be serious and strategic. If someone tries to steal her food, she will eat their face. If she were to be asked to join a pack, she would kindly refuse, but then find herself watching the packs every move and consider joining about two days later. Vedemera is never completely sure about anything, and hates making decisions. She also enjoys being on her own, especially when she is tense or frustrated, though she is usually very sociable.

Calamus – Mother[Alive, whereabouts unknown]
SIBLINGS: Arube – Sister[Alive, wandering]
Ty – Brother[Alive, whereabouts unknown]
OTHER: N/A
HISTORY:
[/ul]
Vedemera was the middle cub of a brood of three. The parents of the three were were two timber wolves names Calamus and Kai. Calamus was an average gray and tan timber, while Kai was a sturdy, muscular black male. Kai was patrolling his small territory, when he stumbled upon the most beautiful she-wolf he had ever seen. The two wolves acted as though they wanted nothing to do with each other, but in reality, they loved one another more than life itself, though they would never actually admit that. It was Kai who summoned the confidence to confess his true feelings. The two falling in love was nothing new. Thus, unto the world a never-ending alliance is born.
Vedemera was a boisterous, adventurous young wolf. She loved to run around and explore, which is perhaps simply a cub thing. She never really listened to her parents unless they gave a firm hand… or paw in this case. She had a strong bond with Calamus, and strange friendship with her brother Ty. As for Arube and Kai, well, Arube was always quiet and kept to herself, never bothering with her family a whole lot. Kai was just too bossy and strict for Vedemera’s liking, though she does love him as a father. When she was young, her and her family lived in the mountains of Transylvania. After the three cubs had seen one winter, the family was on the move.
Vedemera had spent the majority of her adolescence traveling. Even when the family arrived close to Dachau, they held back from actually entering the country. Vedemera had often considered becoming a citizen of the country, but she is still unsure. She left her family shortly after Ty did, him going off to join a pack. Vedemera simply wanted some peace and quiet, and frankly, had gotten sick of Kai. She still keeps in touch with Arube, and the two sometimes hang out together.

There's nothin' left to salvage, no one left to blameThe barker came into this new place, a place he had never seen before. The barker had arrived in this rundown, sick city one recently, and the old man thought it appropriate to finally escape the murky waters he drowned in; his memory, and begin to explore the place. For some odd reason, Stranglehold Zoo was the only place the old barker felt drawn to. His untrimmed claws clicked on the hard cement surface and he swung his head around, his dark brown eyes looking scanning the area. The stench of flesh and bone stunk up the air and the barker felt a disgusted feeling. However, he also smelled food, which was the only thing that stopped the old barker from just turning and leaving. The sun beat down on his black back, warming his old bones up and offering at least some comfort. The old barkers bones creaked with every step his smallish gray paws took.
The old barker, old laika, did have a name. His name was Yerik, a common name of his mother tongue. Appointed by God. Yerik was not sure of why his master had called him this, or how he had anything to do with 'God'. Yerik somehow managed to keep his head above a sea of memories at the thought of his master. He tried his best to keep focusing on what he came here for- food. Yerik continued to walk, looking into cages and browsing his options. He could find hardly any. He could guess that he was not the only one who decided to hunt here.
A sudden scent caught Yerik's attention. It was the smell of another dog, a male. Without thinking things through a whole lot, Yerik followed the scent. He kept his nose close to the ground, and kept his triangular ears pricked. The barker soon found himself looking right at a type of dog he had never seen before. This dog was eating what appeared to be a baked rotting carcass, and this dog had a rather odd appearance. Yerik was used to seeing dogs with thicker fur, but this one appeared to have none. Yerik sat his rump down and cocked his head. He then decided to say something, after a bit of thought. Yerik didn't really like talking, but not because of his accent. He was quite proud of his accent, despite what some said about him not knowing how to speak. He obviously did, if he spoke to them in order for them to make such a ridiculous observation. Yerik's old heart skipped a beat when the dog turned to him. He seemed to have been looking for a way out.
